Building the perfect body is the dream of every man and woman. 4. Resting

In body building, resting is as much important as training is. If you strain your muscles beyond their capacities without any rest, then you’d certainly wrong yourself and your body. The muscles are designed to take a certain amount of load and like the rest of the body, they do need rest. So what you should do as a beginner is rest between the sets that are taken. It wouldn’t just buy your muscles some time to breath, but it will also make them ready for the next round. So, relax your muscles for a short while before starting next workouts.
